Word on the street is that a deal is in the works for to become the next major retailer to sell Apple’s iPhone.
However, neither Apple nor are commenting on the rumor — which of course means that it’s true.
Actually, if this is true, this would be a very very smart move on Apple’s part. Offer the iPhone to a much bigger demographic. Honestly, when I think of buying a cell phone (or smartphone.. whatever), isn’t the place I would think to go. But maybe this could change my mind.
Although, in the case of Apple, I doubt we’ll have to look out for falling prices.
Or maybe I’m wrong? Uh oh. A $99 iPhone? These rumors are getting out of hand. Or are they?
